Il CFO e l’M&A: come gestire la tensione delle operazioni straordinarie
The business of buying and selling companies, the so-called M&A, is at its highest, thanks to the low interest rates, the slowdown in the economic cycle and the age of many entrepreneurs.
Despite the volume of transactions, in Italy and Ticino the M&A is still a little debated phenomenon. The entrepreneurs who are about to acquire or sell businesses sometimes do not consider the impact that these extraordinary activities can bring into their organizations. The CFO, Chief Financial Officer, in particular undergoes strong pressure and its possible emotional drops can negatively affect the project.
It is therefore useful that the heads of the Administration and Finance areas are aware of these (relatively) extraordinary events and are prepared to manage them effectively.
